Free returns with PayPal UK

Customers in the UK paying using Paypal are eligible for a refund on their return postage fees until 31st December 2017. Terms and conditions apply. See PayPal's website for details


Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours however occasionally there may be a delay if we need to review your order or during busy periods. Please note all orders are sent using registered post/courier and therefore must be signed for. 

  • UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.50
  • UK Express Delivery (next working day when ordered before midday) - £9.95**

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or courier. For orders outside of the UK & Europe, any import duties & customs fees that may apply are not included in the price of shipping as detailed above however will be applied at the checkout.

Making a return for a refund or exchange is simple:

  • Contact us by calling us at +44 (0) 207 993 8594 or by email at within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must notify us that you are returning any items before returning them. Any returned items that are received by us without notification will not be accepted.
  • It is advisable to send returned items by registered post/courier and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

We accept returns and exchange requests made within 14 days (or 7 days for sale items) from when the order has been dispatched to you. Returns received after the 14 day period (or 7 days for sale items) and up to 28 days will only be accepted at the discretion of Clover Lewis Swimwear for a credit note. Credit is valid for 1 year from issue date. Returns received after the 28 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postage costs.

We are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.


If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original item (less postage costs), according to our returns policy.
